This Privacy Policy explains how Optimion (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website or work with us.

Information We Collect

  • Contact information you provide (name, email, phone) when requesting a consultation or contacting support.
  • Project details you share during discovery or onboarding (goals, tech stack, requirements).
  • Usage data such as pages viewed and referrer, used to improve the site and advertising performance.

How We Use Information

  • Respond to inquiries and schedule consultations.
  • Deliver services under a proposal, SOW, or contract.
  • Improve our website, ads, and communications.
  • Comply with legal, security, and fraud-prevention requirements.

Analytics & Tools

We may use analytics and advertising measurement tools, including Google products and, when configured, the OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel, to understand site performance and consultation conversions. Advertising URLs may include UTM parameters and OpenAI's privacy-preserving click reference. The OpenAI pixel may store that reference in a first-party cookie for attribution. We don’t sell personal information.

We store an anonymous session identifier, landing-page path, and campaign, ad-group, and ad parameters in first-party browser session storage. This preserves campaign source information as you browse and open the booking interface. We measure page visits, consultation CTA clicks, booking starts, and completed bookings. Session storage is normally limited to the current browser session. We do not use browser fingerprinting or attempt to identify anonymous visitors.

Cal.com

When you open our booking interface, we may pass campaign parameters and anonymous attribution metadata to Cal.com. If you book, that metadata can be stored alongside your booking so we can understand which campaign generated the consultation. Cal.com processes the details you submit under its terms and privacy policy. We use booking information to manage your appointment and measure the source of consultation requests. We do not include raw attendee names, email addresses, or phone numbers in browser advertising events.

Data Sharing

  • We don’t sell or rent your data.
  • We may share limited information with vendors that help us operate the site or deliver services (e.g., hosting, scheduling, analytics, advertising measurement), bound by confidentiality and data-processing terms.

Data Retention

We retain information only as long as needed to provide services, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete your data where applicable.
